How is Starlink Different than HughesNet or other Broadband solutions?
In rural areas like Dripping Springs and the Texas Hill Country, Fiber Optic or other High-Speed options usually aren't available. Wireless options are affected by anything between your location and the nearest tower, and traditional satellite service relies on satellites that are ~22,000 miles away.

Site Visit
During this critical step, we visit your home or office and work with you to decide the best location for mounting the antenna. We also discuss the path that the cable will take from the outside of your home or building, and walk through the details of how the Starlink equipment will integrate into your home or office network.
Order Equipment
After consulting with you to plan the installation, we will guide you through the process of creating a Starlink account and ordering equipment.
Schedule Install
Once you've received confirmation and an expected delivery date for your Starlink equipment, we will schedule an installation.
Installation
Our installation process will ensure that everything is properly installed, configured and integrated with your network and devices.
Training
Once your equipment is installed and working properly, we'll walk you through the process of configuring things like Streaming Devices, Game Systems, Computers, etc. to use your new blazing-fast Internet connection.

Even after we finish the installation and get you up and running, you may have questions. We offer complimentary email support (response within 1-2 business days), or phone/on-site support for a reasonable fee.
